A case study for successful trouble-shooting:

Aircrafts are highly complex technical devices, and safety is paramount. Especially in case of pending repairs, it is necessary to recruit specialists and appropriate teams to fix the problem as soon as possible. On its return from the Copenhagen Climate Summit in Hamburg, a parked Boeing 737 was ready to fly. While still on the ground,

one of the cockpit windows suddenly cracked. The Service People were asked for support, and less than 20 minutes later a Lufthansa technician got on board to inspect the damage. The good news: a replacement window was in on-site storage. Within 24 hours, the defect was repaired and the jet was ready for take-off again.
